Refund and Returns Policy

KIDOOMINTS – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kidoomints. We work hard to make sure every product you receive is safe, high-quality, and carefully packed. If something is not right, we’re here to help.


1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.

We are unable to accept returns of products that show signs of use, mishandling, or damage not caused during delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Gift cards

  • Items used in schools, play schools, or commercial environments after installation

  • Any product returned after the 7-day window


3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please share:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos/video (if damaged or defective)

Once approved, you will receive the return shipping address and instructions.

Please do not send products back without approval, as we may not be able to process unapproved returns.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about:

  • Approval

  • Partial Approval

  • Rejection

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product is not returned in original condition

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The item shows signs of use

  • There is damage not caused by delivery


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items received

  • Defective products

  • Wrong product delivered

If the exact item is out of stock, you may choose:

  • Another item of the same value

  • Store credit

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong item, Kidoomints covers the return shipping.

  • For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong product ordered, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


7. Gift Orders

If the product was marked as a gift at checkout:

  • You will receive store credit after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the gift giver placed the order and had it delivered to themselves, refunds will go directly to the original purchaser.
